I'm going to walk a 5K and I'm looking for friends to join me by donating to this fundraiser as I support Pillars of Hope.
Women and girls are disproportionately affected by human trafficking, accounting for 71% of all victims. Pillars of Hope works to bring awareness of this crime and also has a victim assistance program that supports victims who have been rescued from their exploiters by providing for their needs such as getting transportation home, finding a safe house program, getting access to therapy, getting emergency housing, food, and clothing.

I'm planning to walk on Saturday, June 26 in Brentwood starting at 9:00 am from Veteran's Park.
